Exotic Animal Refund Policy
Breeder Network Guarantee & Transaction Protocols

At Elier Farms, we prioritize the biological integrity of our specimens and the professional satisfaction of our global breeder network. This Exotic Animal Refund Policy outlines the strict protocols governing financial reconciliations, livestock health claims, and order cancellations within our international marketplace.
Livestock Health & Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)
Because we deal with living organisms of significant genetic value, refunds are strictly tied to our health protocols. In accordance with this Exotic Animal Refund Policy:
- DOA Claims: If a specimen is Dead on Arrival, you must submit a report via our Contact Page within twenty four (24) hours of delivery.
- Verification: Full refunds or replacements are only issued upon receipt of high-resolution video evidence of the unboxing and the deceased specimen.
- Exclusions: We do not issue refunds for health declines occurring after 48 hours in the buyer’s care due to environmental or husbandry variables.
Order Cancellations & Restocking Fees
Our network of partner breeders commits significant resources to the preparation of every specimen. Therefore:
- Pre-Shipment Cancellations: Orders cancelled after a specimen has been reserved but before crating are eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable deposit.
- Crating Fees: Once an animal has been crated and undergone veterinary inspection for transit, a 20% restocking fee is deducted from any approved refund to cover logistics and boarding costs.
- Specialized Transport: Fees for international air-freight or climate-controlled couriers are non-refundable once the booking is finalized.
Genetic & Species Accuracy
As breeders who value genetic integrity, we guarantee that every animal matches the bloodline or “morph” description provided. If a verified genetic discrepancy is identified by a licensed professional, we will facilitate a full return and refund as part of our commitment to our Exotic Animal Refund Policy.
Refund Processing Times
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For high-value international wire transfers, processing times may vary based on global banking regulations. Please visit our Privacy Policy to see how we handle your financial data during this process.
