At E Farms, we define excellence through the biological vitality of our specimens. Every animal within our global network undergoes a rigorous health screening before it is cleared for acquisition. Our Exotic Animal Health Guarantee is designed to protect your investment and ensure a seamless transition to your care.

The Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

We guarantee that your specimen will arrive alive and in peak clinical condition. To maintain the validity of this Exotic Animal Health Guarantee, the following must occur:

Immediate Signature: The recipient must be present to sign for the delivery on the first attempt.
The 2-Hour Rule: In the highly unlikely event of a health issue upon arrival, notification must be sent to info@elierfarms.org within two (2) hours of time-stamped delivery.
Visual Verification: Documentation must include high-resolution video of the unboxing process to confirm the specimen’s condition.

72-Hour Extended Wellness Window

For our elite-tier specimens, E Farms provides an extended 72-hour health window. This covers internal health issues that may not be visible during the initial unboxing. This window is contingent upon:

Adherence to Acclimation: Following the species-specific E Farms Acclimation Guide provided with your shipment.
Proper Infrastructure: The buyer must have the appropriate, pre-heated/regulated habitat ready for immediate placement.

Veterinary Certification & Documentation

Every animal is shipped with a recent health certificate. For international trade or specific high-value megafauna, we provide a Comprehensive Veterinary Health Report (CVHR), which includes recent fecal analysis and physical exam results conducted by specialized exotic veterinarians within our breeder network.

Exclusions & Limitations

This guarantee does not cover injuries sustained due to improper handling by the buyer, zoonotic transmission from existing collections, or environmental stress caused by inadequate husbandry. For details on financial reconciliations, please refer to our Refund Policy.
